Welcome to Home Farm, a spacious and comfortable three-bedroom, chalet-style house with sea views and a large, fully fenced garden, set in a peaceful countryside spot on the beautiful Island of Sark.
The house faces east, welcoming the morning sun and offering lovely views across the cliffs towards Jersey and France — a perfect place to slow down, relax, and enjoy island life. Although wonderfully quiet and secluded, Home Farm is ideally located just a short walk across two fields from the main village and shops, close to Dixcart Bay (Sark’s most accessible beach), and only a minute from Stocks Hotel, where guests are welcome to enjoy the facilities.
Home Farm is part of our family home, and while the property is self-contained, it’s very much a lived-in, welcoming place — relaxed, comfortable, and ideal for families or small groups of friends..
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is light and spacious, featuring a super king-size sleigh bed and a sofa bed suitable for an extra child. It faces the sunrise to the east and has its own private garden entrance and patio, making it a lovely space to start the day.
The room benefits from a large en-suite bathroom and a generous walk-in wardrobe, offering plenty of storage for longer stays.
Two further bedrooms
Bedroom Two
Cosy and comfortable, this bedroom has a double bed and large wardrobes, making it perfect for adults or older children.
Bedroom Three
A favourite with younger guests, this room is ideal for children or friends sharing. It features two full-size, sturdy bunk beds and large built-in cupboards, with plenty of space to unpack and settle in.
The two additional bedrooms share a spacious family bathroom.
Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen is well equipped for easy family living, with a large hob, extra-large air fryer, fridge freezer, microwave, and washing machine. There’s plenty of preparation space, along with a small breakfast bar for quick meals or morning coffees.
A door leads straight out onto the patio, making alfresco dining simple and relaxed.
Next door, the large dining room has a table that comfortably seats up to 10 people, perfect for long, leisurely meals together.
Lounge and Sunroom
The lounge is a welcoming space with a large corner sofa, books, games, and a TV. For cooler months, there’s a log-burning stove that makes evenings extra cosy.
In summer, large patio doors open from the lounge into the sunroom, which in turn opens directly into the garden. The sunroom has two seating areas and is a lovely spot to read, relax, or watch the sun rise over the fields.
The Garden
Home Farm’s large, lawned garden is ideal for children to play safely, for games on the grass, or simply relaxing together outdoors. It’s also a wonderful place to enjoy Sark’s famous dark skies once night falls.
As well as the patio beside the house, there’s a BBQ and seating area opposite the house — perfectly positioned to catch the last of the evening sun and enjoy relaxed summer evenings outside.
